Jordie, Kimia and Jan: How can I thank you enough? The hotel room was absolutely wonderful; so warm and inviting, complete with wine and goodies. The dinner was, well … OMG! I cannot imagine how there would be any concerns from my group. I know we made the right decision by holding our summit meeting at Hotel Los Gatos. No doubt in my mind whatsoever.

Hi Linda, I suppose this is an automated survey message, but I wanted to take a moment to thank you for running such a wonderful property! We travel to the Bay Area frequently for work and pleasure, this past weekend was a dear friend's wedding. They had recommended staying at another property in Los Gatos, but I did not like the reviews I read about that one, so decided to try the Hotel Los Gatos. The occasional splurge is always worth it. (giggle) I had checked the box during my online reservation process for an upgrade understanding fully that an upgrade may not be available. Well one was available and we were upgraded. Wow, all I can say is WOW. The suite was fabulous, not just tastefully and well appointed, but cozy and romantic at the same time. My husband was very pleasantly surprised, as was I, so much so that we are planning a weekend getaway in a few months and will most likely be spending a weekend at your property in one of your fantastic suites just so we can enjoy it!
The Staff is also top notch! Very friendly, inviting and helpful. And I mean everyone including a couple men carrying large bags of garbage in the garage as we were leaving; they gave us a smile and a happily voiced 'good morning!' Amazing, most will look down at the ground and not engage with guests at most places. I like to let people that work in any hotel I stay in know how much I appreciate what they do!
Anyway we were duly impressed with this property and will most assuredly be returning every chance we get. So, thank you for doing an outstanding job!

______________________________We were attending our godson's wedding and wanted to also visit Big Basin State Park. The hotel was the ideal location, inviting commons Area with Mediterranean Style furnishings, public use computer in the lobby, with printer attached, walking distance to the local area shops and dining, plenty of free parking, large room with patio, and a wonderful spa and pool area. The hotel was immaculate, very considerate of guests, front desk staff was most helpful in referring us to local merchants, as we had a problem with our cell phone charger and had forgotten a tie for the wedding, and our camera battery charger. Nice feature was an expanded continental breakfast, which not only included reasonable prices items for purchase, such as hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit and breakfast pastries, and a full hot breakfast potatoes, and scrambled eggs, with free coffee or tea. You could park your car and walk to all the shops and restaurants and there are nice walking trails nearby.
