PET FRIENDLY IN SILICON VALLEY


If you choose to bring your pet, please acknowledge the following pet policy.

  • No dogs allowed over 60 lbs. Treats, a bowl and a doggy bed are provided with your stay.

  • A non-refundable pet fee of $50.00 per night is added to all pet rooms.

  • Pet owners agree to not leave their pet unattended at any time during their stay at the hotel.

  • Pets are not permitted in any of the food and beverages area or at the pool.

  • Pets must always be on a leash while they are in any public or common place within the hotel.

  • Maid service will be provided only if the pet is removed from the room during the service.

  • Room will not be attended if your pet is in the room.

  • Pet owner will be fully responsible for any injuries to the hotel employees or other hotel guests caused by their pets.

  • Pet owner will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any items stained or damaged by their pets.

  • A $150 fee may be applied depending on the damage to the room. In the case of serious damage to the room, an itemized bill will be provided to you for immediate payment to your credit card.

    The Hotel Los Gatos and Spa is a very pet friendly location for visitors to Silicon Valley and there are many good walks in the Los Gatos area including Vasona Park, the El Sereno Open Space preserve, and the Los Gatos Creek Trail overview.

    Pets are welcome on-leash in this Los Gatos neighborhood park, which also includes a fenced off-leash dog run with artificial turf.

    Los Gatos Creek Trail Overview
    The Los Gatos Creek Trail is one of 1,600 rail-trails supported by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization that is working to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors. Previously an unused railroad corridor, this "rail-trail" is now a great place to walk your dog in Los Gatos! The map below shows a parking area with convenient access to the Los Gatos Creek Trail.
