I went to Hotel Los Gatos for a Romantic Getaway and to celebrate my fiancée’s birthday and it was amazing. The employees there are very helpful and made my stay amazing. The room was beautiful I loved the Mediterranean feel of it and the fireplace kept everything nice and cozy, oh and the balconies.... breathtaking!! We stayed in the Junior suite!! There is so much to do that’s nearby as well. I had a blast and will definitely be back SOON!!!
“Honeymoon”

We stayed here for 9 days on our honeymoon. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating to any of our requests or needs! We have a special thank you to Ryan; we looked forward to seeing him each and every morning due to his impeccable service. It is rare to see somebody at that early hour with such a friendly demeanor on a consistent basis; my wife and I especially enjoyed our time spent with him each day. Kudos also to Jan; she went above and beyond by recommending local sites and even driving to a local restaurant to bring us back there menu without even being asked, because we mentioned that we were looking to spend some time in at your lovey resort for a quiet light dinner together after a long day of touring. Your team made us feel like the most welcome guests you had; it made our honeymoon most special-and we are already planning a return anniversary trip!!! Thank you all so much for the great service showed to us.

We spent a lovely weekend using this downtown Los Gatos hotel as our base. Beautifully decorated and maintained with an Old World type of charm. We had a lovely room in the back building with a balcony that overlooked the pool. It was not very large but otherwise no complaints. This is is great place to stay if you're going to a concert at Mountain Winery over in Saratoga, which is what we did. We also took advantage of a Visa special which included a breakfast each morning that is served in the hotel's bar, otherwise this would have added another $10pp per day. The small hotel bar was busy on both nights with a sophisticated group of people mainly aged 30-50. Based on hotel pricing it is the likely targeted clientele. There was a wedding party in-house for the weekend but they were well-behaved and courteous as to not disturb the other guests. I'd definitely come back and stay here again but I'd probably upgrade to a larger deluxe room with a sitting area.
